Powerwalking is mindlessly fun.

Size 38 -> 33. You can’t tell me this doesn’t work.

Recently, I’ve been taking advantage of being 5 minutes away from Kuta beach with some really crazy fun powerwalking.

Here’s the most concise instruction video I’ve found online. 5 minutes later, I was bursting from Seminyak over to Pettitenget, which is about 4km back and forth under 30 minutes.

How to powerwalk

Give it a go! It’s not as silly as it looks especially if your starting to look fitter and feeling GREAT!

Psychedelic for breakfast.

I love my mornings like I love my napalm.

Right Oz?

In Honor of Clusterfuck Wednesdays

To #clusterfuckwednesdays

Here’s a photograph I took of the Dang Wangi Polis Station impound lot. The result of many, many a-clusterfucking.

I did not see any Macs in the piles and piles of computers. They would have probably been taken home.

Defrag NOW!

It’s not so much as a holiday. It’s more of a reformatting, defragmentation, debugging, and software update. This piece of software certainly feels like he deserves it.

In a few hours, Yasser and myself will be boarding the AirAsia flight over to Krabi. After we arrive, we’ll be heading straight over to the local bus station to see if we can rumble over to Surat before 4:30pm (We were told that it would be last chance we would have to get onto the ferry before they closed their services for the day)

Seeing how the trip goes, we’ll be making as many updates as we can through the blog just to let you know how things are going. I’ve been so far booked to play at the Pirate Bar for the Moonset Party, but we’ll see how that goes.

Really looking forward to the movement.

Software out.

Simple Reminders

This photograph was taking almost a year ago when Jody was around.

It was thought provoking enough for me to snap a picture of it. I suppose now it can be as relevant as ever.

Handwritten script on a wooden board as it hangs from a tree in the temple compound. How poignant.

PS: Jody got back to KL again yesterday.

Gabriel and Loki

Automatically acquire patience and compassion…

These are my two cats. Gabriel and Loki.

gabloki.jpg

Gabriel’s the orange tabby doberman-cross and Loki’s the white opera-singing baby.

I adopted Gabriel about a year and a half ago from this blog run by Miyuki and Rayna. Gabriel was their first foster case in Malaysia.

He was so small and extremely feisty. Still is.

Loki came from Dawn, who worked with me back in EuroRSCG. He meows very articulately with very precise pitch.

We think he knows the answers to every question, we just can’t understand him.

My meow-meows keep me sane.

This is my new blog. If you are here, you know what I do, you know how I tell it, you know how it will add value to your life.

If you don’t know. Find out. Facebook is your friend. Mine too.

Manu and I are staring at the wall. Eventually I’ll be trying to prepare for more T. Harv Ecker tomorrow.

It’s been on funky spin for the past 4 days since the Global Warming incident in KL. It’s apparently some creepy energies involving a corpse, but I will not get into that tonight. I think Yasser has already been through enough.

I’m going to need to be up at 7am. But that’s OK because telling you about my day today is just going to add social proof to what I’m aiming to accomplish; expertise.

Here’s the difference that will make you pay me.

Expertise with character.

Special Thanks so Suff for making me jealous of his (dis)infoarchie blog and Marilyn for helping me pick this fun shade of green #99cc00.

To my internet marketer friends and contemporaries, help with page ranking would be lovely if you care to spare a link. And as how most blog endeavors go, this site and myself will be in a perpetual state of work-in-progress.
